SO WHO AM I? WELL…

From a vey ray early age I showed a strong inclination towards art, so to pursue my passion I studied jewelry design at Edmonds Community College (WA STATE) in 2004, but that was merely the beginning of my journey. I moved to Florida in 2006 to become a makeup artist which is an endeavor I pursued altogether for about 14 years, working for brands like M.A.C., Dior and Chanel, though life had a bit of a curveball in store for me: I fell prey of a serious drinking problem, a situation that led me to leave my career and got me bartending for three years till my addiction became brutally overwhelming. What seemed to be fun in the beginning became a monstrous downward spiral that could have very well claimed my life. Suffice it to say, I knew I had a deeper, greater purpose in this world, and I was determined not to let alcohol destroy me. If you know anything about addiction/ recovery is that aside from the obvious you find yourself with a tangible surplus of time in your hands and I decided to become a cosmetic tattoo artist and began painting portraits that were incredibly well received. These were my main two sources of income for a few years-and even through the pandemic-and though I continue to do both, I stumbled upon the captivating world of permanent jewelry after a friend suggested we get matching bracelets. Since jewelry design was my first true passion, I did my thorough research in the matter, studying the use and welding of metals, accessories, got a welding machine and decided to put my heart and soul into it, thus giving birth to ETERNAL LEGACY, which is my brand of permanent bracelets, anklets and necklaces, incorporating all the various elements of my style, which is an amalgam of Mexican folklore, skulls, steampunk and a touch of Rock n Roll!
